SCHEPPERHEYN offers FREE WORLDWIDE DELIVERY ON ORDERS OVER 250 EURO.

Delivery takes place within 3 business days UNLESS differently stated on the individual product page.
PLEASE NOTE: All DEADSTOCK REBIRTH pieces are made-to-order pieces. They are made from fabric leftovers and are only manufactured in our Berlin studio after the order has been received. Therefore, PLEASE ALLOW UP TO 2 WEEKS BEFORE SHIPPING. You can of course still return the garment under the general returns policy.

Our products are delivered by DHL PREMIUM (www.dhl.de) and UPS EXPRESS (www.ups.com). Regarding prepayment the deadline given for delivery begins the day the full price is paid (including VAT and shipping costs), when paying via PayPal it begins as soon as receipt of payment has taken place, with credit card payments the deadine begins with the confirmation of order. You will receive your order, as far a possible, in one shipment.

Returns & Exchanges

If you want to return any ordered item(s) you can do this within 14 working days from receipt.

You will have to pay for the return postage. But why is that?
Every sixth order in online retail is returned - with a significant impact on the climate. In our opinion, one reason for this is free returns, which have become commonplace. We therefore ask you to rethink and shop consciously.

We offer for our customers from the European Union, United Kingdom and Switzerland the -Print your return label- service for the price of 13 Euro, Germany 4,50 Euro. For your convenience we will deduct the amount from your order total. The rest of the bill we will refund to you as soon as the return shipping has arrived and the piece(s) has been checked, all returns must be in their original condition.

After printing your return label and attaching it to the parcel you can search HERE for the closest DHL Parcel Shop to drop off your parcel. If you need any assistance, please send an email to sales@schepperheyn.com.

Please be sure to clearly mark your return shipment as returned goods on any customs or postal forms. We will refund any sums that you have paid to us with the exception of postage and return (if you use our -Print your return label- service).

For customers from the rest of the world and if you chose not to use our -Print your return label- service, all returns must be sent via registered mail in their original condition, to the address below.

Only products that are in their original condition will be refunded, others will be returned to the customers at their own cost.
