Shipping

Delivery takes place within 3 business days UNLESS differently stated on the individual product page.
Due to the currently high volume of orders, processing and shipping may take a little longer than usual.

Our products are delivered by DHL (www.dhl.de). You will receive your order, as far a possible, in one shipment.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. Please return your goods and make a new purchase instead.

Returns

If you would like to return an item, you can do so within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please note: As SCHEPPERHEYN is closing, all returns must arrive at our studio by 29 September 2026 at the latest. Returns received after this date cannot be processed.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We offer a return-label service for customers in the EU, UK and Switzerland for €10, and €4.50 within Germany. The respective amount will be deducted from your refund.

To create your return label, please click HERE.

Once your return has arrived and the items have been checked, we will refund the purchase price. Items must be returned in their original condition.

For customers outside the EU, UK and Switzerland, or if you do not use our return-label service, please send your return by registered mail to:

Please mark the parcel as returned goods on any customs forms. Return postage is not refundable.
